Yevgeny L. Belous completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California Santa Cruz in 2005, graduating with a degree in Economics and Business Management. Mr. Belous earned his J.D. from Thomas Cooley Law School in 2009. He has been practicing law for 13 years.

Shannon M. DeBiase
Ms. DeBiase handles all areas of family law litigation, including divorce, property division, child support and spousal support matters, child custody issues, restraining orders, paternity cases and post-judgment modifications. Ms. DeBiase also handles mediation and the preparation of pre-marital, transmutation, and post-nuptial agreements. She has been practicing family law exclusively for 18 years.
She earned a B.A. from UC Irvine in 2002 and a J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law in 2005. Her Article “Legalization of Same-Sex Marriage in the United States and Canada: The Unequal Application of Equal Protection” was published in 2005. Kevin T. Edzant graduated from California State University, Northridge in 2010 with a B.A. in Cinema and Television Arts, and earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles in 2022. He was admitted to the State Bar of California also in 2022.
While in law school, Mr. Edzant entered the Scott Moot Court Competition where his brief won third place and he was named one of the top oral advocates. Fabiola B. Karls
Fabiola Karls focuses on the areas of trusts and estates litigation, guardianships, conservatorships, estate planning, probate, and elder law crisis management. She also represents and advises clients regarding the proper administration of complex trusts, estates, guardianships, and conservatorships. She also has broad experience in family law, which she incorporates in her practice in the resolution of family conflicts that may arise in contested matters.

She was appointed to the Elder Law Committee for the Los Angeles County Bar Association for 2007-2011. Prior to joining Rodnunsky & Associates, Mr. Ralston represented equipment financing lenders, federal and state-chartered credit unions, realtors, as well as famous software and cell phone accessory companies. He is well-versed in creditors’ rights, including post-judgment enforcement procedures for the recovery of concealed monetary and personal property assets.
Mr. Ralston is a graduate of the University of West Los Angeles, School of Law, where he earned the distinguished Witkin Award in Trial Advocacy and Real Property courses. Jason R. Vener
Born, raised, and educated in Los Angeles, California, Jason R. Vener received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History, cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2006. He received his Juris Doctorate degree and concurrently earned Master of Dispute Resolution degree from the Pepperdine University School of Law 2009. Thereafter, Mr. Vener earned a Masters of Laws in Entertainment and Media Law from the Southwestern School of Law and practiced in the areas of Entertainment and Intellectual Property law. He earned a B.S. in Political Science/Public Law from CSU, Long Beach and a J.D. from Whittier Law School. Mr. Ziegler has practiced law for 24 years and has worked with the R&A Team for 13 years.
