Mr. Christian Ziegler heads the R&A South Bay and Orange County office, along with Mr. Peter Richards and Mr. Pierre Rodnunsky. Mr Ziegler focuses primarily on Mergers and Acquisitions, Commercial Real Estate, including acquisitions, dispositions and leasing, Corporate Governance, Entity Formation and Dissolution as well as counseling and supporting his business clients on a broad array of issues and transactions. He holds the Accredited Estate Planner (AEP) designation from the National Association of Estate Planning Councils.​​​​
